VP Duterte mihangyo sa NBI nga ibalhin ang Oktubre 5 conference sa alegasyon ni Gracioso

Gihangyo sa legal team ni Vice President Sara Duterte ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) nga ibalhin ang Oktubre 5 conference bahin sa mga alegasyon ni dismissed policeman Rodulfo Gracioso Jr., tungod kay kinahanglan una nilang repasohon ang iyang affidavit ug supporting documents.

Sa usa ka sulat nga may petsang Oktubre 1 ug gi-address kang NBI Director Melvin Matibag, gipasabot sa mga abogado ni Duterte, “In your letter, you mention an ongoing investigation into ‘allegations’ made by a certain Mr. Rodulfo M. Gracioso, Jr., and request for our client's statements, documents, and record that may help clarify the ‘issues at hand’.

"However, while your letter mentions an attached copy of Mr. Gracioso's Sinumpaang Salaysay, none was attached thereto. Consequently, our client cannot provide any meaningful reply to your request at this time,” mabasa sa sulat.

Gihangyo sa mga abogado ang NBI nga maghatag og kopya sa sworn statement ni Gracioso, lakip ang mga attachment niini ug bisan unsang ebidensiya nga iyang gisumite, aron marepaso ni Duterte ang mga alegasyon sa dili pa siya motubag.

Gisugyot usab nila nga ibalhin ang conference ngadto sa Oktubre 8, tulo ka adlaw human sa orihinal nga schedule.
