House Prosecution Mihangyo og Subpoena Batok sa Tulo ka Opisyal sa AFP alang sa Impeachment Trial ni VP Duterte

Mihangyo ang House prosecution panel niadtong Lunes (Agosto 24, 2026) sa impeachment court nga magpagawas og mga subpoena alang sa tulo ka opisyal sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) aron motestigo sa trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte bahin sa giingong sayop nga paggamit sa confidential funds sa Department of Education (DepEd).

Gihangyo ni lead prosecutor Gerville Luistro ang korte nga ipatawag sila Col. Manaros Boransing II, Col. Magtanggol Panopio, ug Col. Adonis Bajao aron motambong sa Miyerkules, Agosto 26, atol sa ika-17 nga adlaw sa trial.

Gihimo ang maong hangyo human mabalita nga na-stroke si DepEd special disbursing officer Edward Fajarda—nga orihinal untang motestigo—ug dili pa makahimo sa pagtestigo hangtod Septiyembre 7.

“Since tomorrow is only Tuesday and we would like to maximize the schedule that was given to us by the honorable impeachment court, may we likewise request for the issuance of subpoena to the three AFP officials,” matod ni Luistro.
